Prudent Growth Welcomes New Team Member

Kenneth Diana has joined Prudent Growth & Cornerstone Commercial as a Senior Leasing Manager based in Dunlap, IL. At Cornerstone, his focus will be on business development, engaging with institutional owners and investors, building relationships, and expanding the firm's third-party leasing and property management business. At Prudent Growth, he will support the team across a range of strategic initiatives, including lease negotiations, targeted leasing efforts, market research, and special projects. His experience and expertise will provide additional resources to help advance key priorities and support the continued growth of the portfolio.

Kenneth brings extensive commercial real estate experience, most recently serving at GK Real Estate, where he managed leasing for approximately 2.5 million square feet of retail properties. Previously, he held leasing and investment-related roles at Cullinan Properties and Investment Management Advisors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Bradley University, is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, and is a member of ICSC. He has also served in leadership roles with the Peoria Area Association of Realtors and Community Workshop & Training Center.
