Prudent Growth President & CEO Tom Hahn recently had the opportunity to speak with students in NC State University's Engineering Entrepreneurs Program, sharing insights from more than three decades of experience building and growing businesses.
Drawing on his entrepreneurial journey across industries ranging from energy trading and brokerage to commercial real estate, Tom discussed the challenges, opportunities and lessons that come with starting a business. He encouraged students to recognize opportunities, build on their experiences and skills, and approach entrepreneurship with curiosity, persistence and a willingness to adapt.
