Prudent Growth is excited to announce Franklin McGowan’s promotion to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Prudent Growth.

Franklin joined our team in December 2022 as a Property Manager and has steadily advanced through our financial operations, most recently serving as Director of Finance. His experience across both property management and finance brings a unique perspective to his new leadership role.

As CFO, Franklin will oversee the firm's financial strategy, planning, and operations, helping guide Prudent Growth through its next chapter.
