As President and CEO, Tom leads the company with a focus on driving growth, long-term value creation, and strategic direction across all areas, including Investment, Finance, Operations, Fund Management, and Accounting. He guides the executive team to ensure that critical functions such as property management, leasing, finance, and acquisitions are strategically aligned with the company’s objectives. Tom plays a pivotal role in portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and key property initiatives, making decisions that shape the firm’s future. He also builds and maintains strong relationships with investors, lenders, and partners to enhance the company's market position and support growth initiatives. Additionally, Tom continuously monitors organizational performance to ensure that operations, leasing strategies, and management practices consistently reflect the company’s mission and financial goals.
Tom has nearly 30 years of capital markets and real estate investing experience. He founded Prudent Growth Partners, LLC in 2015, primarily as a way to work with those who were interested in building a diversified real estate portfolio that achieves strong cash flow and long-term equity growth. He is an expert in acquisitions and dispositions, deal structuring, negotiation, management, finance, and investor relations. Prior to starting PGP, Tom co-founded Chapel Hill Brokers, an energy derivatives firm that was acquired by ICAP Energy, LLC, the largest energy firm in the world.
