Prudent Growth Welcomes New Team Member

Connor Miller has joined Prudent Growth as a Maintenance Manager based in Chapel Hill, NC. Connor will be focusing on vendor recruitment and relationships, one-off maintenance needs, and planning larger capital and tenant projects. His addition strengthens our commitment to delivering great service and well-maintained centers for our tenants and partners.

Connor comes to Prudent Growth from Atlas Stark in Raleigh where he worked for 3 years as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily and commercial real estate. He previously served in the US Army for 4 years. He is originally from a small farm town in Minnesota and has spent the last few years in North Carolina with his wife and 2 small children.
