Prudent Growth continues to experience internal and qualitative growth in 2024, and we are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of several employees. These promotions are a testament to their work, dedication, and contributions to our team.

Cordelia Hogan

Cordelia has been promoted from Sr. Acquisitions Associate to Acquisitions Manager. She will continue in her current role but will have increased responsibilities on the acquisitions team. In addition, she will continue to assist with legal matters connected to the purchase and disposition of properties.

Alison Sain

Alison has moved from her position as Operations Manager to the new role of Finance Manager on the Operations Team. She will continue her regular involvement at the property level and increase her accounting-related activities while contributing to the daily financial administration.
