Alison Sain

Alison joined Prudent Growth in June 2023. She has advanced from her position as Office Manager to Operations Manager as part of the Prudent Growth Operations team. She will increase her involvement in property management and other accounting-related activities.

Jordan Pierce

Jordan joined Prudent Growth in December 2022 as a Financial Analyst. He will now join the Acquisitions Team as an Acquisitions Associate where he will expand his participation in prospecting and other core activities.

Franklin McGowan

Franklin joined Prudent Growth in December 2022. He has now shifted his role within the Operations Team from Property Manager to Property Accountant. He will increase his participation in the day-to-day accounting activities in Operations.
