Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC-based private equity real estate firm, has sold Rolesville Town Center in Rolesville, NC, for $4,500,000.00. The 19,500 square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center was purchased in September 2021 for $3,100,000.00.
