Prudent Growth Expands to Missouri with Purchase of Tori Pines Plaza in St. Louis

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a private equity real estate firm with locations in Chapel Hill and Charlotte, NC, has completed its $3.9 million purchase of Tori Pines Plaza, a 24,000 square-foot multi-tenant shopping center located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Built in 2003, Tori Pines Plaza boasts a strong group of e-commerce-resistant tenants and is situated along Telegraph Road, which runs north to St. Louis. With a diverse tenant base and a desirable, high-traffic location, Tori Pines is currently 83% occupied and the lineup features a healthy mix of businesses.

The premier neighborhood-style dining, shopping, and service-oriented center is strategically positioned in Oakville, an affluent Southern suburb of St. Louis, and features excellent frontage along Telegraph Road, one of the main thoroughfares for South St. Louis County. There are over 46,000 residents within a 3-mile radius of the property with an average household income is over $100,000.
