Chief Operations Officer

As COO and President of Prudent Growth Operations, LLC, Jerry leads the company's operational functions with a focus on property management, leasing, and overall performance optimization. He ensures that property management teams deliver efficient maintenance, high tenant satisfaction, and cost-effective operations across the portfolio. Jerry is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and rental income, while also negotiating lease terms and fostering strong tenant relationships. He drives asset management initiatives to enhance property value through operational improvements, cost control, and strategic enhancements. Jerry also establishes standard procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in property-level operations. By closely monitoring performance metrics, he ensures that the portfolio consistently meets or exceeds the company’s financial and strategic objectives.

Jerry has nearly 30 years of experience as an engineer, entrepreneur, and general contractor. Before joining PGO, he was the owner of Trinity General Contracting and QRF Maintenance, which provided contracting and property maintenance services to investors in 12 states and Washington, D.C. Jerry has been an active real estate owner and investor who has managed a real estate holding company with over 30 entities. During his career, he has also led project management services from the engineering & design phase through turnover and start-up.
