David oversees the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management, and asset performance, guiding all efforts to align with the company’s investment objectives and risk profile. He leads the evaluation, acquisition, and disposition of properties, directing the acquisitions team to identify promising opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, and develop financial models that project expected returns. David also stays attuned to market trends and economic factors, using this insight to shape investment decisions. Additionally, he manages key relationships with lenders and joint venture partners, ensuring collaboration and support for the firm's growth initiatives. David ensures that all investment strategies meet targeted returns while complying with regulatory requirements and upholding fiduciary standards.

David has over 20 years of experience as an operations executive and an extensive background in leading acquisition due diligence. He has evaluated deals comprising thousands of properties, ranging in value up to a billion dollars. He has also started two cell phone tower companies, where he led site acquisition, project management, and financial and support service functions. David received a Bachelor's and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with the highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
