David Pierce
Vice President of Acquisitions
David has over 20 years of experience as an operations executive and an extensive background in leading acquisition due diligence. He has evaluated deals comprising thousands of properties ranging in value up to a billion dollars. He has also started two cell phone tower companies, where he led site acquisition, project management, and financial and support service functions.
David received a Bachelor's and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with the highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. David serves on the Durham Young Life Committee and volunteers at the North Carolina Study Center. He resides in Durham with his wife, Gigi, and they have a son and two daughters.
