As Chief Strategy Officer, Alexis leads the firm’s national leasing strategy and manages key relationships with brokers, tenants, and retail partners to drive occupancy, rental income, and long-term value creation. She oversees all leasing activity across the portfolio, ensuring that negotiations, renewals, and tenant mix decisions align with asset-level business plans and investment objectives. Alexis places a strong emphasis on tenant engagement and collaborative leasing efforts, fostering relationships that support retention, brand growth, and property performance. In addition to leasing, she plays a key role in managing strategic lender relationships and supporting select development initiatives, bringing a capital markets perspective and transactional expertise that enhance the firm’s operational and investment execution.
Alexis brings over 18 years of experience spanning Development, Brokerage, Asset Management, and Finance. Before joining Prudent Growth, she served as Executive Vice President of a vertically integrated private equity investment firm immersed in the multifamily, retail, and self-storage sectors. She oversaw a billion-dollar development pipeline to ensure the firm’s growth initiatives were supported and its strategy aligned. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President of Closing for a national mortgage banking firm, overseeing approximately $5 billion in debt and managing over 600 transactions.
